Welcome to the Rite Selection Marketplace. Our platform is designed to foster a thriving ecosystem where vendors can connect with customers to sell high-quality products. In order to maintain trust and ensure a positive experience for all parties, vendors are required to adhere to the following detailed terms and conditions.

– Vendors must categorize their products correctly to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

– All products must be genuine, and the sale of counterfeit or unauthorized replicas is expressly forbidden.

– Listings should not include any external website links or contact information that encourages transactions outside of the Rite Selection Marketplace.

 3. Intellectual Property

– Vendors must have the right to sell the products listed and possess all necessary intellectual property rights associated with their goods.

– If a vendor is listing products under a particular brand, they must either be the brand owner or an authorized reseller.

– Any reported intellectual property infringement will be addressed promptly, and listings in violation may be removed without prior notice.

 4. Pricing, Fees, and Payment

– Vendors are free to set their prices but must adhere to the Rite Selection Marketplace’s guidelines on minimum advertised price (MAP) policies, if applicable.

– A detailed fee structure, including commissions, listing fees, and any other applicable charges, will be provided to vendors separately. Vendors agree to these fees by continuing to list products on the Rite Selection Marketplace.

– Payments to vendors for sold items will be processed according to the payment terms specified in the Vendor Payment Schedule, minus any applicable fees.

 5. Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment

– It is essential for vendors to maintain accurate stock levels on the Rite Selection Marketplace. Systematic inventory updating should be in place to avoid overselling.

– Vendors must use only the Rite Selection Marketplace-approved shipping carriers and must upload tracking details for each order as proof of dispatch.

– Products must be securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipment.

 6. Customer Service and Experience

– Vendors are required to maintain a certain level of customer service, which includes clear return policies, responsiveness to customer inquiries, and resolution of complaints and issues in a professional manner.

– Negative feedback or dispute resolution will be monitored by the Marketplace. Consistent negative feedback may result in penalties, up to and including the suspension of the vendor’s selling privileges.

 7. Legal Compliance

– Vendors must ensure they are aware of and comply fully with all local, national, and international laws and regulations that apply to their business operations, which include consumer laws, product safety, customs, and tax laws.
