Welcome to the Rite Selection Marketplace Points Reward Policy (“Policy”). This Policy outlines the terms and conditions for earning and redeeming points within the Rite Selection Marketplace (the “Marketplace”). Our reward points system is designed to thank our loyal customers for their continued support and engagement with our platform.

Eligibility

– All registered users of the Rite Selection Marketplace are eligible to participate in the rewards program.

– Employees of the Marketplace and their immediate family members may be excluded from participating in the points reward system.

Earning Points

– Customers will earn points (“Points”) for every qualifying purchase made on the Marketplace. The number of Points awarded per transaction will be clearly defined on the product listing.

– Additional Points may be earned through special promotions, referrals, writing product reviews, or other engagement activities as described by the Marketplace.

– Points are credited to a member’s account once the transaction is complete, which means after the payment is processed and the order is confirmed as shipped.

– Returns, cancellations, and refunded purchases will result in a deduction of the earned Points associated with that transaction.

Points Value

– The value of Points will be determined by the Marketplace and communicated clearly to all members. For example, 100 Points may be equivalent to $1.00 in Marketplace currency.

– The Marketplace reserves the right to modify the value of Points at any time.

Redeeming Points

– Points may be redeemed for discounts, merchandise, services, or other rewards as offered by the Marketplace.

– There may be a minimum threshold of Points required to redeem rewards. These thresholds will be communicated through the Marketplace’s communication channels.

– Points cannot be redeemed for cash and do not have cash value.

– Redeemed Points cannot be restored to a member’s account, even if the corresponding transaction for the reward is canceled or returned.

Expiration of Points

– Points earned on the Marketplace will expire on a rolling basis, as communicated to the members (e.g., Points may expire 12 months from the date they were earned).

– Members will be notified of approaching expiration dates for any Points in their account via the Marketplace’s communication methods (e-mail, website notification, etc.).

Transferability

– Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another user’s account, except through authorized promotion or reward activity facilitated by the Marketplace.

Account Termination

– Any user whose account is terminated by the Marketplace for violation of the Terms of Service will forfeit all earned Points.

Policy Changes

– Rite Selection Marketplace reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Points Reward Policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes to the Policy and continued use of the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Acceptance and Participation

By using the Rite Selection Marketplace and participating in the Points Reward Program, members are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
