**Rite Selection – Refund and Returns Policy**

1. Returns and Exchanges:

   At Rite Selection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your items. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team at admin@riteselection.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Eligibility:

   To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping:

   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items. Rite Selection is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items:

   If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item at our expense, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

5. Refund Process:

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

   Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or custom-made products.

7. Cancellations:

   If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.

8. Restocking Fee:

   A restocking fee may be applied to certain returns, and this will be communicated to you during the return process.

   Customers outside Jamaica are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with returning items.
