How to connect?
1. Open the charging case, and take two earbuds out of the charging case. They will power on and interconnect automatically, you will hear a voice prompt “Power on”, “Pairing”.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone to search and click the “C11”, earbuds will connect with your phone. The light will turn off after the successful pairing, and you will hear a voice prompt “Connected”.
How to fix charging or connection problem?
Regularly clean the charging pins of the earbuds and charging case with an alcohol pad.
Resetting:
1. In the state of power on without any device connected, quickly tap the Left and Right earbud 5 times, then earbuds will power off.
2. Delete ”C11” record on your phone and deactivate the bluetooth setting.
3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
4. Wait for 10s to open the charging case and turn on the bluetooth of your phone. Click “C11” to connect, earbuds will work properly.
What should I do when only one side headphone works?
Firstly, confirm whether the headphones can be charged normally. If it can be charged normally, please fully charge the headphones first. At the same time, delete ”C11″ pairing records in all Bluetooth devices.
Secondly, after the earphones are fully charged, take out each earphone individually to check whether it can be turned on normally (the indicator light flashes red and blue, which means it is normal)
Thirdly, If both earbuds can be turned on normally, please put the earbuds back into the box and take them out again, both earbuds will be paired automatically. (Main bud blinking red and blue lights, secondary bud light off)
Finally, connect the bluetooth earphone to the phone.
